The hotel was ideally located for my excursions to Ostende, Gand, Bruges, Bruxelles, and Lille. Loved the charming decor, attentive staff, and the convenience of having a bar and restaurant on-site. Perfect for sightseeing and exploring the natural beauty of the area.
Oh, how I enjoyed the challenge of figuring out the different codes to get back into the hotel at night. Definitely added an element of surprise to my stay.

The room I stayed in at Lys Hotel was absolutely amazing! The king size bed was super comfortable and the private bathroom with a bath was a real treat. Plus, the TV with satellite channels made it even more enjoyable to relax in the room after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the alarm clock in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might find it useful.
